


At some point an idea sprang forth about how fun it would be to play a melee only shield run for Dark-Souls, but then 2D!
From that birthed Wrath of the Roothless!
To make it official, and to properly house my future games in a legal entity.
DKat Games was created , the start of hopefully a long and fruitful endeavor.
To prepare for the last 13-month stretch on Wrath, a small break was issued lasting till March.
Exciting things to finally work on during this time!
During the break we worked on one of the concepts that was still vying for attention.
Medieval Machiavelli's prototype was made in about a month, during free-time. A fun sandbox castle builder.
After a long, nearly 6 years, of working on Wrath of the Roothless in my spare time, the game is coming out on Steam!
Since Wrath's release, we've been hard at work on new projects. These mainly consist of prototypes until we find that next gorgeous piece of game that we'd like to fully release. Some of these are: Homely Hinterlands, Murder for the King, Project HoneyBee (a boardgame).
